We're sorry to see you go. At Classtap, we deeply respect your right to privacy and are committed to ensuring your personal data is handled with the utmost care.

While we're sad to part ways, we understand that you might want to delete your account. For a quicker and more seamless process, we recommend deleting your account directly through our app. You can easily do this by navigating to the Profile screen then to your Account section and following the steps for account deletion.

However, if you prefer to proceed through this web form, we're here to assist you. Please fill out the necessary details below, and we will process your account deletion request within 2 business days.


Please note: Upon deletion, all data associated with your user account will be permanently removed and your account will no longer be accessible through our platform. This includes your private data such as username, passwords, payment information, booking records, and membership details. Additionally, if you have any remaining credits in your account, please be aware that these will be forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.
