    Classtap is a fitness platform which allows you to book classes from some of the best studios in Qatar using one application - Classtap. You just need to select and buy a membership which renews monthly, but don't worry there is no contract or commitment; you can easily stop the renewal at any time from the app. Upon purchasing a Classtap membership, you will immediately receive an amount of credits each month to book classes like spinning, pilates, yoga, boxing, HIIT and more!   • Who can use Classtap?
    Classtap is for everyone! Whether you are new to exercising and looking for the right workout, enjoy doing different fitness exercises or looking to supplement your existing workout - you will find what you are looking for on Classtap.   • What are the different ways to book a class?
    Once you find a class you’d like to attend, you can simply click on the Book Class button from the class screen and then Confirm my booking button from the confirmation screen. You can find classes in many different ways throughout our application: Discover upcoming sessions from the home page. Find classes run by specific studios from the studio page accessible from the home page. Search for specific sessions by date, time, location, studio/gym or even category directly on the search page.
  • What are the different memberships?
    There are different memberships to suit your needs. After all we are all about flexibility! Each membership will give you a certain number of credits used towards booking the classes you like through the Classtap app. Generally the higher the membership tier the cheaper the credits become.
  • Where can I use Classtap?
    Classtap provides access to many locations across Qatar, and you can use your Classtap membership to book classes with any studio within our network! You can browse a list of studios available in our network directly on the app. Additionally, you can search by activity and location to find any class, anywhere, anytime. Classtap is always on the move and we're actively expanding our footprint.   • What are credits?
    Credits are what you use to book directly through Classtap. These credits allow you to reserve a spot in the classes of your choosing. Please note that the number of credits needed to book varies from studio to studio.
  • What happens to my credits which I didn't use?
    You can carry over the unused credits from one month to the next for up to a maximum of a whole month worth of credits! Learn more about our rollover policy here.
  • What happens if I run out or don't have sufficient credits to book a class?
    Don’t worry you can always book a class as long as you have a valid membership. In case you run out or have insufficient credits then we will charge you exactly the amount needed to book the class at the time of booking. E.g. you have 5 credits remaining and the class requires 15 credits then you will be charged one-time for 10 credits. Still need help? Get in touch with us.
  • Will my membership automatically renew?
    Classtap is a monthly subscription membership, so it will automatically renew on the same day each month. Your membership begins immediately on the day you sign up, so you can start going to classes! You're able to stop the renewal of your membership or switch it to another plan at any time. A lower membership change request will be applied to your upcoming cycle. While a higher membership request will require a payment and will be effective immediately. Any credits you have from your previous plan will be fully rolled-over to your upgraded plan.   • What happens if I am out of the country or can't exercise for a period of time?
    We understand that sometimes life gets in the way which is why you can contact us at any point requesting to “Pause” your membership for a maximum period of 60 days.
  • What does the Renew Date mean?
    The Renew Date visible on your profile page is the first day of your next cycle. It also marks the end date of your current cycle. Once this date is reached, your payment method will be charged the renewal membership amount on this date and new credits will be credited to your account. Roll over policy will also trigger on this date so please make sure to use up your credits before this date. Still need help? Get in touch with us.
  • How much does a Classtap membership cost?

  • Is there an app for Classtap?

  • How can I contact customer support?
    We'd love to hear from you! To get in touch with us, you can submit a contact request here. Though we don't offer phone support at this time, you can reach us on WhatsApp (6000 7621) between SUN-THU, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. From the app: Log into the Classtap app, tap the Profile tab in the lower right hand corner, tap Contact us and send us a note using the on-screen form.
  • How do I know what to bring to my booking?
    All the details about what you need for your booking will be included in the description of the class session screen. This is the screen you see prior to confirming your booking.
  • How do I request to have my data deleted from Classtap?
    You can request for personal data associated with your account to be deleted at any time from within the Classtap app. From the app: Log into the Classtap app, tap the Profile tab in the lower right hand corner, tap Account and click Delete Account link from the bottom of the screen. Upon confirmation, we will permanently erase the personal data associated with your account. Please note, doing this will cancel any active membership you may currently have and you will lose any credits remaining in your account. Please note that once actioned, deletion is irreversible.
