CANCELLATION POLICY

If you're unable to attend a booked session, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before studio and gym bookings, or less than 12 hours before hotel facility bookings, are not eligible for refunds.

Missed Class Fee: Failure to cancel within the specified times above and missing a booking will also result in no refund being issued.

Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our partners. For many of our partners, filling each spot is critical not only for their business but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.

Certain exceptional cases may justify a refund to the cancellation. In such cases, a refund may be issued to the customer and the amount may not be paid to the partner.
