CREDITS ROLLOVER POLICY

If you don't use all of your credits before your cycle ends, we will automatically roll over up to up to the number of credits which comes with your membership to your next cycle, as long as you have an active membership: Casual (85), Active (145), Athlete (200), or Hero (265). These credits will appear in your account within 24 hours of your cycle renewal date. We are unable to roll over more than he the specified number of credits each month, and your credit rollover restarts each cycle so unused credits do not accumulate cycle to cycle. If you cancel your account, you are ineligible for roll over credits.
Any credits issued to Classtap members shall expire without notice six (6) months after they were issued, and Classtap shall have no obligation to refund or reimburse any expired credits. Members acknowledge and agree that it is solely their responsibility to keep track of their credits and use them before they expire.
Trial memberships are ineligible for credit roll-over so please make sure you use all your credits before the end of your trial membership.
